Wonderful design and amazing atmophere near the Taihu lake. Breakfast also was delicious. only hotel staff not enough for sufficent service during crowded period. Hot spring common areas was messy due to less staff there.

Good hot springs. You get complimentary tickets as you check-in.
Breakfast is nice. They have mix of Western and Chinese food.
The view is amazing
Room was spacious and clean
Swimming pool facilities were alright
The place gave a vibe of retirement house. A lots of Chinese grandpas and grandmas ruin five-star hotel magic by their rural behaviour.
The customer service doesn't meet 5 star hotel grade. We met only 1 staff who was able to speak English. There is no any food service in hotel after 11 pm which is also shame for 5 star hotel

The service was excellence with special thanks to Ms. Andy and the Manager - Mr. York Chen.
During my stay, although was just one day, York was very attentive to my request. He personally led us to our room after the check in. He will text me to update on the best timing to have breakfast, to view the light up of the hotel and more.
Andy was very patience in helping me to checking. As it was our anniversary, Ms. Andy initiated on giving us a cake and a bottle of red wine for our celebration.
Kudos to both of you.

Location next to the lake and waterfront area makes for amazing viewsand convenience. Rooms and the hotel are well designed. Breakfast buffet is not bad but could offer more protein options. The staff are quite accomodating especially Ms Anne Li who works front of house. She really goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and thought about.

I was amazed how polite and professional the staff is, even those who did not speak English did atmost to help and assist.
Hotel is beautiful and perfectly located it needs some refurbishing though.

All staffs are kind.! Especially, Miss Li lingling.!
She was perfect for our family. : )
Also, We ate a dinner buffet in the hotel.
It was great choice as well.
(You can drink Wine, beer as free of charge)
We have a plan to go there again on this autumn.
